Trekking

Leave no traces behind.
Every trek I organise follows one rule: leave no traces behind.
The mountains stay as they were found.
Region/Country

Nepal

I lead the Everest Base Camp, Manaslu Circuit and Annapurna Circuit treks in person, alongside Raj KC of Lost in the Himalaya, a licensed Nepali guide and the ground partner.

Before you book

Are you ready

01 Run 4 kilometres in under 25 minutes.
Either  ·  or
02 Walk 100 kilometres over 6 days with full nasal breathing.

One qualifying standard applies to every trek. You need to meet either one of these, not both.

This is not a barrier put there to keep people out. It is a promise that everyone on the trail can look after themselves at altitude, and that nobody is carrying anybody else.

Groups are capped at eight per departure.
